How long will shipping take?
Due to coronavirus (covid-19) disruptions delivery and dispatch times may vary. At the moment we advise that you please allow 1 – 2 working days for your order to be processed. You will also receive an email confirmation and notification once your order has been shipped to your destination.
Due to COVID19 delivery is taking longer than we expected. Your package will usually arrive in 7 days but can take up to 14 days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Paypal, Cards and Apple Pay.
Do your lashes come with eyelash glue?
Unfortunately, our lashes do not come with glue, but we provide a free lash wand with your order.
What is your returns policy?
No refunds/exchange for sanitary reasons and health precautions. Contact Us If you believe you have received a faulty item or wrong order, please fill out a contact form within 24 hours of receiving your item, or email us [email protected] with a picture or video of what occurred and we will try to resolve the issue.

How do I apply Sentimental Lashes?
1. Align band with natural lash line, trim excess if needed.
2. Apply glue to the lash band. Make sure when applying glue to lash band wait 40-50 seconds until the glue is tacky.
3. Place lash in the centre of your natural lashes, then using a tweezer or lash applicator push the inner corner of the lash in place followed by the outer corner.
4. Press lash against natural lashes.
Are your lashes cruelty free?
Yes! Our lashes are cruelty free and reusable.
